Successfully migrated this WordPress MU blog to a standalone WordPress blog on a different Web server.
Here’s how to migrate WPMU blog to a WordPress Standalone.
1. Export existing blog to WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR format
2. Install WordPress standalone and import the WXR XML file
3. Install Redirection plugin on WordPress MU blog and set up redirection to new blog
I will still need to keep the old blog because the images are still stored at the old server.

I just can’t wait for September 2009 to come. COMEX 2009 is on 10-13 September 2009 and hopefully Snow Leopard will be released by then. I have been delaying buying the MacBook because of the announcement of Snow Leopard last month. The 13″ MacBook Pro starting at S$1,988 is within the budget for my next laptop. 
I was disappointed to find out that the iPhone 3GS bluetooth function is crippled. This is the first phone with bluetooth which I owned that is not connecting with my PC. I have used Nokia and Sony Ericsson bluetooth to connect my PC and backup my phones. With iPhone, the only way is to use the USB cable to connect to your PC. 
My M1 Mobile Broadband contract will expire in 2 weeks’ time and I was told there will be no more 50% discount on the price plan. That’s as good as telling me to switch to Singtel or Starhub. After some research, I decided that I will go for the Starhub MaxMobile Prepaid. And it would be 7.2Mbps data plan with the $149 Starhub mobile broadband modem. 
Got an SMS from Singtel at 3pm announcing that the iPhone 3GS will be launched on 10 July 2009 in Singapore. More information on the price plans and upgrage options will be available early next week.
